blaze setup problems

Just got a new Blaze yesterday.  I have a Charge HR which is currently connected to my app.  When I try to install the new Blaze, it gets stuck on the setup screen (once I tap Set Up Your Fitbit Blaze).  I've tried force quitting, restarting my phone, turning bluetooth on and off during setup (charge hr far away when on) and contacting Fitbit support on Twitter.  They recommended I try another support channel, as their suggestions were things I had already tried.  They also said it has nothing to do with having another Fitbit installed, as others have suggested.

 

Anyone have this issue and know how I can fix it?  Calling isn't an option right now, as my mobile phone is my only phone, and I can't exactly set up from my phone while talking to them.

@MissKit1 do you mean how to remove the app? You would do this through the app manager

i just wasted 2 days trying to set up my blaze on my laptop.  here's how i finally got it to work:  my laptop did not come with windows 10, i only just recently installed windows 10.  so the laptop wasn't recognizing the download and my blaze was stuck on fitbit.com/setup.  if your pc didn't come with windows 10, DO NOT PRESS THE PINK DOWNLOAD BUTTON!!  instead, click the little 'PC' that's below the pink download button and go from there.  it takes a few minutes longer, but that is what worked for me.  i hope this helps someone.  fitbit has lousy support!!

I tried deleting the fitbit app and downloaded again. My phone can see the Blaze, but can't communicate with it. I tried turning blue tooth off and on again. It didn't work.

@CherryPicker are you trying to setup your Blaze?

Is it the Fitbit app that can't comunicate?

I'm having problem with my blaze, I have logged in and everything I click the profile and click on the "set up a device" then I click blaze, I enter the number on the display, but nothing happens after that. It keeps on saying connecting to Fitbit yet the thing is my messages actually do come in it's just the time is different and it also says the date is Thursday, Dec 1 instead of today's date which is Friday, May 26. Can someone please help.

I am having no luck at all with setting up my Blaze tracker. I get to the updating bit and then it stops !!!!!!!! Very frustrating !!!!!! Any help would be appreciated !!!!!!
