blaze will not sync

can someone help me please! my fitbit battery died last week and i charged it over the weekend, i have tried syncing it all day today and it will not sync, i have shutdown the device, uninstalled my fitbit app, turned off and on my bluetooth and still no luck! its also saying that i need to update my tracker software, and when i try i get a notification saying that the fitbit bluetooth services are busy! any advice guys?

Disconnect it from your bluetooth then reconnect which will re-sync it. Worked for me, hope it works for you!

I appreciate the effort you put in trying to fix this issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.

I use the Fitbit connect software and the provided USB cradle when I need to update or synch my Blaze to my computer. 

You can download the Fitbit connect software from https://www.fitbit.com/en-ca/setup

 

My solution was to update my Blaze and synch with my computer then my devices. 

 

When I use the supplied USB cradle and the Fitbit connect software I can successfully synch and update my Blaze every time.
