fitbit blaze not working

I just got my fitbit blaze today & my screen is blank. I tried pressing all 3 buttons together & holding & tha logo pops up w/ a bar at the bottom & just goes blank again. What should i do?

Welcome to the Forums @church_bwa. Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend Restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and if this don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

could the bar at the bottom be saying your in the middle of a firmware update?
