fitbit.com/setup message on Blaze

I Just received my Fitbit. When I first opened the box tried to turn on, did not work. Secondly, I connected to my computer, showing the message: "fitbit.com/setup". I installed the app on my Mac, sync all my details and inserted the code etc. After that, a red sign showed up on the Fitbit screen twice. Either that sign or the same message "fitbit.com/setup" every time I reconnect the Fitbit to the computer. After all, when I remove from the charger it never shows any light. I tried the same sync process with my iPhone and it says it is completed but the Fitbit does not work. Don't know what to do at this point.

A warm welcome to the Community @CatarinaGil, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

If you are seeing the "fitbit.com/setup" message on your Blaze, it means that it is not paired yet. In this case, I recommend downloading the Fitbit app on your phone, restart your tracker and follow these steps:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hi! Thank you for the answer! I can’t restart the Fitbit. Without the charger it does not react to any of the buttons to restart

Thanks for the update @CatarinaGil. Is your tracker illuminating while being out of the cradle? If it is, don't worry about restarting it, just try the instructions I provided. If the tracker is charged, you should be able to set it up.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Very Happy
