Hi @blaze_hu19  is your Blaze under warranty? There is no repair for these devices. What's wrong with it?

Hi @Odyssey13 my fitbit works fine, connection ok. only one button like "back" button not working. warranty is already out. so I thought maybe can find somewhere service. do you have any Idea what can I try?

Since there is no real repair service and you're out of warranty, clean the pebble to be sure there is nothing in the button that prevents it from working. My Blaze was almost two when it stopped charging and I got the Alta HR. Hope you can get your Blaze's button to work.

@blaze_hu19  since these devices aren't repaired, there's not much else you can do to fix it. If the button won't depress, there's not much you can do to make it work. Only thing you might be able to do is to tear the Blaze apart and see if the button can be repaired from the inside, but that would be rather tricky.
