Best AnswerHi @Lisalt616
I guess if it is showing on the web, you can eliminate any sync issues with the device, as it has mad it from the device, to the fitbit servers. Perhaps your app is failing to refresh correctly. Have you installed the latest updates from the app store? It is always worth checking you are on the latest version.
Failing that you could try restarting your device, or even removing and reinstalling the app as a last resort?

Best Answer@Lisalt616 there are 2 ways the Blaze can log a workour.
My question is which log method are you using? Without know why you know the Blaze is loving in not going to be able to help.
Best AnswerHi Rich - I am logging workout on the blaze by scrolling through the "exercise" section & hitting relevant exercise, then "let's go". It's working fine on blaze & showing summary of workout on screen when finished but no workout summary shows on app. App Store doesn't say I need an update, but I think I might uninstall & re-install app & try that.
Best AnswerThanks - I have restarted both tracker & device - still the same & I appear to have new version of app. Think I'm going to re-install app, its the only thing left to do. I guess it will wipe all my history?

Hi there @Lisalt616. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
Just as a reminder, I would like to make sure that after you finish an exercise, you finish it by pressing on the little flag at the top right corner to finish the activity and that you're syncing your tracker after completing the activity. This will ensure that the activity will be recorded and transfered to your dashboard. If you're doing this, you can try setting up your tracker as a new device as well. For this, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
