Ive read many comments regarding this issue. I called the support line and followed their instructions of resetting my unit. i left my unit connected to my computer and drove most of the day. My fitbit recorded that i walked 1500 steps, completely inaccurate because my unit was connected to my computer. I need help!

It's great to welcome you @RenaultPettis. If your tracker is not being accurate, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more, then walk 100 steps and let me know how many your tracker registered. Also, please check your stride length by following the instructions provided in this post.
