missed call notification doesn't show up!?!

I’ve had my blaze for a few months now and I thought it was working right.. I get text notifications and what I thought was call notifications… So I thought. I went out two days ago with my friend to purchase a fitbit blaze for herself and we went back to my house and set it all up. Well I sent her a text to test it and then I called her. Her’s give an option to answer or ignore and shows that she has a missed call. Mine just shows that someone is calling me. It doesn’t give me an option to answer or ignore nor does it show that I have a missed call. I looked at all the settings on her fitbit app and compared them to mine and both of them are equal. So I’m not sure why hers does one thing but mine doesn’t. Has anyone run into this problem and how did they fix it? Thanks 🙂

Could it be that your friend has an iPhone,  while you are using an Android? 

Android doesnt have this feature. 

BTW the subject does not describe the qurstion. .

but yes I have an android and she has an iphone. Is that why her's works and mine doesnt?

It could be since as i point out in my last post, this feature is not availible for android.

Click on the store, it is explained in the specs.

Hello @oxstardust421xo It's great to have you here! 🙂 As @Rich_Laue mentioned you can only answer a phone call from the Blaze if you have an iOS device. This option is currently not available for Android users. You can read more about notification on the Blaze Notifications Information Post.
