@TSM66 A warm welcome to the Community! Resting heart rate will be showed per day because we use your heart rate data from when you're awake and asleep to estimate it. For best accuracy, wear your tracker to sleep.

The best place I've seen is on the daily heart rate graph on my phone; just check the hours you were asleep and while not as granular as say, during a run or other tracked exercise, it is pretty instructive. Here's an example of mine:
