I went cross country skiing for 8.4 km yesterday, but when I try to log it I am not able to log it properly. When I enter a decimal number, the app reads it as a whole number. This is visible when looking at the calculated speed, which is not correct when entering 8.4 km instead of just 8 km. How can I log the correct distance?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Myrull! Are you still having this issue? I just logged a walk activity on my app with the same distance than yours and my distance reads 8.4 after syncing.
I'd recommend trying the following:
Let me know if you're able to see the decimals afterwards, I'll be around!

Best AnswerI'm not able to record the small mileage or kilometers either which is really irritating when you're overweight partial miles are really important
Best AnswerI have the same issue. When I try so log a bike ride, 10 minutes and 1.6 km
it register 10 minuses and 16 km, which gives me a speed of over 90km/h.
I have tried to follow your steps by signing out, turning of the Bluetooth, and turning of the phone.
But, no it did not help.
Any other suggestions?
I really want this to work!
Best Regards, Sara
