Hello! Welcome aboard @Marijke53, let me give you a hand with your Charge 2 device.

Let me share with you that Fitbit is always working and testing on several mobile devices to add and verify their compatibility with our products and services. As it turns out and just as you stated on your post, the Xiaomi A2 lite is not listed on our compatible devices list, therefore, you can experience certain connection difficulties. That said, because my intention is for you to enjoy the Fitbit experience in full, I recommend you to use your Charge 2 device with a compatible mobile device or a computer.

I’ll recommend to check this post  which will explain you to download our Fitbit app in your computer as an alternate syncing option.

I’ll be around if you need anything else.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, it does not help me. I know how to synchronise via my pc or Ipad, but that is not my biggest problem. Until now, I could measure my walks and cycling tours with gps, via the connection to my phone. That is not possible any more.

Kind regards
Marijke

You're welcome @Marijke53 thanks for your reply and update. Pardon me for the delay in responding.

I'm glad to know that you are able to sync your Charge 2 with your computer. Please note that due to the compatibility situation of your Fitbit and your mobile device, you may encounter difficulties with the GPS connection during your activities. Please try with a different mobile device that is listed as compatible and let me know if you still experience difficulties.

Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Me and my wife are experiencing the same issues as the Original Post here.

It's dubious and suspicious how so many people are having the same problems  since about the same time. Fitbit should perhaps admit planned obsolescence here... To this day, no solution, things that worked before, stops working at the same instance updates are released.
