hi I've just set my Fitbit up and I'm totally new to this I seem to have everything else working but when I go to the sats icon it just has two little lines there and not registering can some one help x

@Christy1411 Welcome to the Fitbit community!
To get your Charge 5 running, I'd suggest restarting it. To do so, swipe down from your clock face until you reach Settings. After having tapped on Settings, swipe up to the last menu entry to restart your device.
