Is fitbit giving any consideration to adding all the features, such as ECG and SpO2 monitoring, in the Caribbean region? I'm in T&T and would like to get the full experience for the device I paid for.

Hello @Michaeltt12345 and welcome to the Community.  The ECG and SpO2 monitoring are medically regulated features.  They needed US Food and Drug Administration approval for release in the US.  These features need to be approved by the equivalent regulatory board in T&T to be available there.
