Active Zone Minutes Notifications

How do I make it stop buzzing and notifying me during workouts? I have gone into each shortcut exercise and turned the zone notification off. “Exercise Focus” is set to “on”. Do I need to put my tracker on DND and just not receive any notifications?

Hello @RunForSanity

Turning off the DND is an excellent way of stoping all the noise while your getting your sweat on!

😉 I hope this answers your question and keeps you focused on your exercise time

@RunForSanity   The Charge 5 will give you active zone minutes under two scenarios, in the Exercise app and during daily activity.  Have you turned off the notification for daily activity?  Swipe down on the clock face until you get to the Settings app.  Toggle the Heart Zone Notifications to off.  These daily activity notifications will come through if you use SmartTrack.  It's my understanding that Off in the Exercise app should override the daily activity setting.  But I find them annoying under any circumstance and turn them off everywhere.  You should not need the DND setting to be rid of them.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I do have the Heart Zone Notification turned off. However, I did not realize the SmartTrack would override my notification settings. That is annoying. For clarification - When you say "off in the Exercise app" were you referring to turning off the SmartTrack?
