Active Zone won't update

Hi,

My Charge 5 active zone minutes do not update anymore. 

I have tried restarting the device a couple of times but it does not fix the problem. My firmware is up to date. Any clues?

In phone or on wrist?

If talking about on wrist, try a different clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No updates on wrist or apps on Apple and Android devices.

Are you sure you are actually earning any Zone Minutes?
