Hi! I’m from the Philippines but I bought my Fitbit Charge 5 in the States. The ECG feature on both my tracker and app was working well until I got back to the PH 23 days after using - the feature went missing. SOS please.

I can’t be 100% certain but the authorities in your current country haven’t approved the ECG App yet and might be blocking it somehow.
If you follow this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page it has a list of countries where it’s available. It’s not available in mine yet, which is annoying.

Your current country has not approved the ECG app yet, and they might be blocking it. So you can not find this feature.

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the ECG feature.
As other users mentioned earlier, unfortunately the ECG feature is not available in all countries for the moment and it's restricted by location, since this feature often requires the approval of certain agencies and institutions of each country before they can be activated for use. I recommend that you review this list periodically to check if your country has been added.
In the meantime, I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community. This section is monitored regularly by the team of developers. I see some ideas posted about having ECG with some countries that are not currently on the list, but I haven't seen one posted for the Philippines yet.
