My Charge 5 recorded I burned 543 calories in 15 minutes doing 5000 steps at 3 am while I was asleep. My heart rate at the time was 48 BPM!!!! What is happening?

Hi, welcome back to the Fitbit Community forums, @Huggybeard.
Thank yo for all the details about the inconvenience you experienced with your Charge 5.
There are a few reasons why this could happen. If you're sleeping close to something that could emit a certain vibration, like a window, a fan or other type of machine. The only way to negate these extra steps would be to manually log a driving activity, as this would override the data tracked during that time.
If you haven't done so already, please complete a three pulse restart and let me know if you continue to experience the same behavior afterwards:
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Hi David,
Thank you, that seems to have worked. I'll keep an eye out to see if it happens again.
Cheers,

There isn't a button on the end of my charger?

@Huggybeard That's great news! Thank you for sharing this update. 😁
@PowersBennett Thank you for sharing your inquiry. It should be a small button at the end of the USB cable, as shown here below:
Please let me know if you're able to see it and complete the restart.
I'll be around.
