Add card to wallet message keeps appearing

Hi 

I have a charge 5 and a message comes up every few minutes to add card to wallet. I don’t have a card added and don’t want to add one. 
I have removed the fit bit from the app, restarted the fit bit and reconnected it, but that didn’t work

its very annoying any suggestions ?

Hi, @Mark2022 apparently this is an issue that some users (not all - I do not have this issue with my Charge 5) have been experiencing for many months.  It has been reported to Fitbit, but as far as I can see this has not yet been resolved.

Please see  this thread for moderator confirmation that the matter has been reported but not resolved.  Unfortunately that confirmation is 6 or 7 months old, but I cannot find any indication that there is any further update, unfortunately.

I note that one user reports that they have solved the issue by re-setting up their Charge 5 but I see that you have already tried that with no success.

It may be that someone else has a more encouraging update.  I am sorry not to have better news for you, but I hope that when this is fixed the thread I have pointed you to will announce the solution, so you may want to follow it for any updates.
