Alarm won't stop vibrating

My Fitbit Charge 5 alarm won't stop vibrating, after selecting to dismiss the alarm, screen goes off but it keep vibrating for quite a while. I have to wake the screen back on, wait good few seconds and then it will stop eventually. Is it only me? Also sometimes (quite often) alarm dismiss screen is stuck kind of half way so I can't select dismiss or snooze.

I appreciate the information that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5. 

If possible, could you please share a picture of the screen behavior you mentioned earlier? In the meantime, please make sure to try the steps listed here below: 

1. Try removing and re adding the alarm. 
2. Restart your device following these steps and using the charging cable.
3. If you're still having the same problem, try changing to a different clock face and, 
4. Set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
