So all activity today was suddenly lost. My watch went from 8000 steps, 2600 cal, sleeping for 8h, and so on, and now i have 146 steps, 1300 cal, and no sleep. Same on the app. I have restarted and updated the watch and the app and i’m in the right timezone. Also checked my pulse activity, and it’s gone after 1.00 in the night to about 22.00. Seems that everything is just deleted. Can i recover my activity?

Hi there, @Sandypepp. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your data loss. I understand where your concern is coming from, I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. I'll do my best to help you with this.
When was the last time sync of your Charge 5 before performing all troubleshooting steps you've mentioned? While reading your post, it seems like your Charge 5 wasn't syncing lately (I mean, not just the day you posted here, but previous days).
If the above describes your situation, that would explain the issue you're having now. Please note that it's an expected behavior if your Fitbit device hasn't synced for a long period of time. Going a bit deeper into this, note that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
My best advice for these instances is to make sure that your Charge 5 is syncing periodically or at least, once a day. If by any chance you have been experiencing syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Nevertheless and regarding your question, if you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?

Hi, I have synced at least twice a day now, and today the problem occurred again. It’s not an activity that’s been deleted, it’s like I haven’t worn the watch at all for hours.

Same here. 2023 has totally vanished from my records. Menstrual history? Not even last month’s info.
The answers you’re providing us with don’t make sense. It looks like Fitbit doesn’t know what happened or doesn’t want to say what actually took place.
It’s getting harder and harder to continue using your wearables.
