All the apps dissappeared Charge 5

All the apps that came with Charge 5 no longer accessible. I need my notification, water, payment etc. I guess I need to switch to apple.

There are a few general troubleshooting steps that are usually helpful with display related issues. If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps: 

  1. Complete the 3 pulse restart procedure.
  2. Please follow these steps in case you're having trouble to charge your device. 
  3. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app by tapping your profile picture > Charge 5 > Sync Now.
  4. If you  can't sync, tap on your profile picture > Charge 5 > Tile to see if a firmware banner appears and complete any update if necessary. 
  5. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.

Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the apps on your Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details about this issue? Let me know if you're able to see the apps or if you're getting any specific error message when you try to open them. In the meantime, please complete a three pulse restart using the charging cable, as described here

I am unable to swipe down, the setting app is not showing anywhere. Nothing happens when I swipe right, the only option is to tap the screen which only give the time/date, MI, zone min, pace, pace avg, heart rate, calories, steps. Swiping up shows a yellow circle that says pause. I need this fixed soon please
