I plugged in my Charge 5 yesterday and it rapidly drained to 2% and is now dead. I have tried all the suggested solutions with no luck. Up until yesterday it was performing perfectly. It is only 18 months old so I am not impressed. There is obviously something seriously wrong with Fitbit going by all the comments being posted and this needs to be addressed!
My charge 5 stopped working two days ago. It went from working fine to not charging and is now dead.
There does seem to be an awful lot of posts with people having the same problem.
I'm new to the community. Is this normal? Do charge 5s regularly just stop working?
Is this expected of them? Are they just low quality or has something happened now?
My Charge 5 worked fine until yesterday evening, buzzed for a few minutes, and finally, everything went black. The battery is apparently at 1% despite having charged it in the morning, now charging it doesn't work any more.
2 days ago, mine started showing “Add a card” several times every minute. I couldn’t get it to stop, put it on the charger and went to bed. Screen has been black ever since. Won’t sync, won’t restart. It does briefly vibrate once in awhile when I have tried to restart. But sometimes it doesn’t even do that.
