Another charge 5 another non working sleep function

This is my second charge 5 and the sleep function still does work. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and this just gives me more concern that the watch as a whole is inaccurate. Fitbit has gotten worse over the years and it doesn’t seem that the company cares that much about the community’s experience
