For the life of me I can't get the sleep function to work on my Charge 5, and troubleshooting chat is going in circles.
Attempted:
Soft and hard resets (twice each)
Heart rate on and off
Clear user data and re-register (twice)
Reinstalled App
Hard and soft phone res
Change watch face? (Found you guys recommend it on a forum.)
Clear Cache
Turn sensitivity to normal and back to sensitive.
Confirming:
It used to work!!! All sleep functions did
I wear it tight, but not too tight, two fingers above my wrist, on my non-dominate hand, on the inside. (I also assume heart rate function would show if I wore it incorrectly)
Yes, I can see the green light on the back
Heart rate functions work normally.
Everything else outside of sleep works normally, except for ekg which has never worked for me before. (I have child sized wrists and hands. When I put it on someone else that worked, so I'm guessing it's not the device)
All updates are applied to Charge 5, App, and phone.
I'm going around in circles with troubleshooting and really don't know whats possibly left. I doubt you guys recommend percussive maintenance. Waiting weeks to monitor seems pointless if it immediately fails to work again, it doesn't magically fix itself.
I have major health problems and got it specifically for sleep monitoring (couldn't afford the sense, on disability) and am at a loss of what's wrong.
It used to work, now for months it doesn't, going downhill. It used to get the full amount, then several hours. Then a few. Now usually an hour or two or not at all. I know that's not accurate, and none of my sleeping habits have changed. I try to keep as consistent as possible.
I'm trying everything possible, what's next? What have I missed so far?
