Same for me… has not been working for 3 days. Only registering about three hours of sleep. Have tried all of the above too and reset the watch itself. Maybe a software update is due?

I bought the first charge 5 a month ago which was not working so I had to send it back.
I wait 2 weeks for the replacement and also with the new strap I got problems.
It never recorded my sleeping data I been following the same steps you mentioned before but nothing works…. I can’t get the sleeping score no matter what I’m doing…. Then about the heart rate most of the time during exercise the band stop to track the heart rate so at the end the strain that you got from the workout is never accurate.
I been with whoop more then 2 years and I change into Fitbit because many people were impressed by the sleeping detect function but for me the Fitbit it’s a piece of trash compare to whoop.
min try to get in touch with the support which it doesn’t even reply my messages or calls.
