Another day lost

Lost a whole day of tracking. 
tried the help chat. It was worthless. Just someone telling me to do things that they knew wouldn’t help. 
Unfortunately I’m getting really frustrated with the charge 5. It hasn’t worked correctly since I got it. 
anyone else have trouble with the charge 5?

Mine is not charging- only about 6 weeks old

Not tracking steps, not tracking exercise and won’t sync.
