Hi, @Kenny0513, welcome to the community, I assume you are talking about a "Fitbit" band rather than something bought from a third-party seller, though in truth it's not the issue. You can buy replacement bands from Fitbit, it would be a false economy to repair or source from a third party, you've spent quite a lot of money on your "Charge 5" and would be a great pity to lose it.

I believe he means the clasp on the Fitbit unit itself is broken. There is no clasp on the band.
