I’ve been reporting this issue for over 3 months. It’s been happening about once every two weeks now it’s happening every 3 days for the last week! I have been told twice that the issue was escalated for a resolution for the iOS App. I’m about to just throw away my Charge 5 and rate FitBit as a 1 out of 5 and go buy one of their competitors. I have been a FitBit user for 7 years but this is enough to make me leave! Nothing like watching 20k+ steps roll back to 124!
