I had the inspire 2 and problems like this started to happen, I would burn roughly 2500 Cals a day which is shown throughout the app for the years I’ve used it but then last week my Fitbit would say for example 2500 but then when I synced it with the app it took it down to 1800 and similar happened with steps. So I bought a charge 5 as I needed a new Fitbit anyway and also thought my inspire was the problem but it’s doing the same again, this morning I had 800 cals and when I went to sync with the app it took me back down to 350 cals? What’s going on my app is up to date and so is my Fitbit and my phone. Help please?

Hi @Anyamia where these 800 calories on the Charge 5 or in the fitbit app?
