Dear Fitbit,
I bought 4 pcs Charge 5 for present to my family but they can't use it! Your app don't available in Google play store in Russia. Why?
I have pixel phone and PayPal account... what is my problem?
I like Fitbit and naw suffer from stress!

Hello @Alex180673 and welcome to the Help forum. The Community is a moderated user-to-user help site. This explains why you might not get an answer right away. I searched the forum, looking for the reason, but can't find anything specific, although things like this tend to be related to economic sanctions or a decision by your government. I have no proof of this. It is just a guess. A user suggested creating a gmail account and listing your location as a supported country.

Please note there are several factors that influence the availability of the Fitbit app in certain countries and our team appreciates all the feedback provided. As @LZeeW mentioned earlier, many users have been able to download the Fitbit app for Android by creating a Gmail account and listing your location as a supported country.

It works for iOS but does not work for Android((
Google asks for your credit card from the country which you choose.
Blocking the same country is the responsibility of Fitbit. May you unblock Russia?
