My Charge 5 lasted 6 whole days before it bricked - it was junk. I really want my replacement watch back ASAP. Is there any way they would send me a replacement before they receive my broke one back? This return process takes forever. I took it to Fedex Monday. Five days later and it still hasn't left Detroit! and, it has to get all the way to California! I printed the return label the Customer Support told me to. She said it would take about a week for a replacement. I think she lied to me. Ground transportation to California is going to take forever.

Hi @jhartmich Fed Ex has it, so it's on their time schedule. I'm sure the customer service representative did not lie. If all went smoothly, once at the warehouse, they have to inspect it and make sure the required parts were returned before shipping out your replacement. Fitbit can't control the actions of the shipper and right now the packages are multiplying daily that need to be shipped across the country. I'm sorry you're having to wait. Maybe you could try using Fitbit's Mobiletrack while you wait? Click to learn more about it.
