Sometime in the last 3 weeks or so, my app stopped displaying the specific exercise activities I recorded on my device. Now when I look at zone minutes, it only lists activities as moderate or intense - not walk, eliptical or run, for example. It has even stopped displaying these details for activities before I noticed this change. Any idea why this would be and how to fix it?
Hello @tourman77
Have you had a chance to tap on the Exercise days tile and see if your completed activity information is there?

Best AnswerI’ve been having similar issues ever since I linked my Fitbit to my Google account! It frequently fails to record exercises, I set it to start tracking a hike and it just fails about 10minutes in. Also the app freezes a lot now, getting tired of re-installing the app. Never had this much trouble in 8 years of using Fitbit so I can only think that the Google account linking has caused this.
This seems to be the problem I am having too. At the start of a workout, I tap the "workout" icon, and feel the little vibration confirming. But afterwards, I can no longer see the graph of my heart rate over the time of the workout. It just shows "intense activity" and the totals.
I have restarted and done a reset too. Nothing helps!
Best AnswerMy Charge 5 haphazardly syncs my hourly activity and my exercise. So some days does not show I did exercise even though my zone minutes are higher than the previous day and sometimes my hourly activity does not sync….the other day Fitbit showed 9 of 9 hours but the app showed 6 of 9. So frustrating because I cannot rely on the info any more. Turning off Bluetooth and back on and reconnecting Fitbit and resetting Fitbit and turning iPhone off and on is becoming a daily routine. The Google takeover has messed up a good thing.
Best AnswerSame problem with my charge 5.: such a shame. Definitely won't be getting Fitbit again in the future.
Best AnswerIt still shows the points for each day (I only wearr it while I am working out), so I can track my weekly minutes. So I will hold onto it for now. But more than $150 for less than two years is disappointing. When I'm ready for another device it won't be Fitbit. Maybe I can find something simpler, cheaper, and more reliable.
