App showing “no data”

Fitbit synced yesterday fine; it showed all sleep and metrics data correctly. iPhone 

Today it just shows no data. I already went through all of sync steps including repairing 

it won’t even shows previous days data 

it does show current heart rate

Things have been really messed up with my app since last update. Entered exercise disappears, info on wrong days, sleep data not showing up completely. Very frustrating.

Hello @Ermd1 & @Jnk4evr 

Although I'm not sure that this will work, you can try clearing the cache & storage/data for the Fitbit app on your phone, then force stop the app. You'll need to log back in after clearing the storage/data. Then try syncing again with the app.

Let us know if this helped restore your ability to see your data in the app.
