Hi,
Nothing wrong with my Fitbit display, but when I check my app the dates are wrong.
For example: yesterday I had more than 12k steps and I did a workout. It only shows 6k steps and no workout. Same with the days before. I did the update, but still the same problem. Sucks that all my effort is not showing.
I also noticed that between Christmas and New Year's, only 5 days got semi-registered. Do I need to open the app more?
My alarm isn't working in weeks as well.
If somebody has a solution, I would love to hear it.

Out of curiosity, how often do you open the Fitbit app to sync the data from your Charge 5? If you don't do it very often, as implied by your question, that could be the reason why you're having issues with the data in the Fitbit app.
