My charge 5 won't turn on, charge or sync. I plugged it in, pressed the button on the charger 3 times one second each time. It won't show the reset symbol but it does vibrate when I hit the button.
I bought a replacement charger with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums @E_underfoot.
Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 5 and the attempt to solve it on your own. Sorry to know about the difficulty.
If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thank you for replying. I have tried all of these in the last few weeks. I got a new charging cable in case that was the issue. But my charge 5 screen is black and unresponsive.

Are there any other suggestions?

exactly same problem that I had starting few days ago. when it still had charge, it drained so quickly within just a few hours. once it's completely drained, I haven't seen it turning on or even charging with I thought was a perfectly working charging cable. why fitbit o why?!
