Is there a way i can receive my notifications in Arabic?

I noticed this feature hasn't been implemented yet, but it is Under Consideration as you can see here.  If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you vote for these ideas posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, as this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers to track popularity and demand over time:
