Auto recognize feature on exercise app on Charge 5

My fit bit charge 5 doesn’t seem to recognise the type of exercise. The app is set to auto recognise. Can anyone help?

Can you confirm the exercise you're attempting to recognize, please? Since there are certain exercises not added yet. You can also check this article to track them manually.

Thank you for the reply. The exercise was cycling outdoors.
The auto recognise is on in the app.
Still comes up as walk?
