Band Keeps disconnecting

This is an alleged fitness watch, right?  Why does the band always disconnect from the watch?  When I dry my hands and arms, when I do l light yardwork.  Yesterday I was playing frisbee in the lake, and when I got out of the water, my Fitbit was missing!  Fortunately, the water was shallow and very clear, so I found it on the sandy weedless bottom in a few short moments.  But come on, this is ridiculous. At least 2-3 times a day, I am reconnecting the band to the watch.  Am I the only one with this Charge 5 problem?  Solutions?  Fitbit?  Hello....

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. If you're using a genuine Fitbit band with your device it seems that there's something wrong with the mechanism for attaching the band. Thus I'd suggest to contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
