Suddenly my Charge 5 won't hold a charge for even an entire day. I've charged it to 109% TWICE today.  What the heck!@

Still no luck for me. If you search the forum, you will find a lot of people have similar battery problems. You contact Fitbit and get a replacement but the replacement will have the same issue in about a few months. At this point, I just write charge 5 off. When my inspire 2 dies, I will switch to Apple Watch.

Have just ordered a replacement thru the Fitbit app customer support.
She was very helpful, possibly because it was still under guarantee.
So all good, now I'll wait and see how the next once goes...🤞
Good luck all you others with this problem 🤞

Hi, thanks for that info.

Just to let you all know I did exactly that, had an on line chat with a
very helpful person who said I was eligible for a replacement Charge 5
which I now have.

Thanks to the customer support team, great service.

Cheers to all
