I have read all posts and advice regarding charge 5 battery draining fast, but didn't find any solution. This is crazy that fitbit doesn't try to solve the issue!
My device is 11 months now. It used to hold the battery around 6days, but it's few weeks that every hour 10% gone , doing absolutely nothing.

I have a brand new Fitbit I got for Christmas. My charge is only for less than 4 hours. My old one lasted for days. No idea what’s going on. We bought it online and I am going to try to return it. This is crazy.

Sorry to see that your battery is draining too quickly.
When this happened with my Charge 5, I restarted and recharged it multiple times over several days. This got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. There's no guarantee that this process will work for you, but could be worth a try.
If it doesn't work, then you should contact Fitbit help (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty.

Thanks for replying and your advice. First thing I did was contacting help center but unfortunately they didn't really helped much. They told me that professional team will contact me by email but nothing yet.
I will try to do as you suggested. At the moment my device needs 2 times charging per 24h. Charge doesn't last more than 10 hour. For some reason I cannot do the restart using charger cable, and I'm not sure the restart through setting app do the same but I will try. Now for 2 days I'm charging the device 2times per day. Let see how it goes.

What issue are you having with trying to restart your device using the charging cable? In case this helps, here's the link to the Charge 5 manual page which has instructions on how to do a restart (<-- click link)
Every time I noticed a big drop in battery %, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger. I monitored my battery level very closely during the day. I think on one day, I restarted and recharged my device at least 3-4 times during the day.
