Same as many others. Staring about 6/30, my Charge 5 will no longer hold a charge. It indicates charge to 100% and drains to 0 in a couple of hours. Tried all the restart fixes with customer service on the phone and they confirmed it was draining too fast. Two calls to customer service and it’s now escalated to a “higher department” since they denied my first warranty claim this morning even though it’s within the warranty period (purchased July 20, 2022) with no explanation as to why. If it’s denied this will be the last FitBit product I buy. One year old watch dies from product failure and no replacement, no thanks. I spent too much on this to keep replacing it.
