The "improved" app does not show the battery level. For people with visión problems reading the indicator on the device is imposible because it us so small. Having your charger with you is not always possible. Will this be addressed or do I have a inferior device
Same problem here. The (unwanted, unnecessary) update leaves a lot to be desired. And this is one of the unwanted things! I want to see how much charge is left on my device BEFORE I get the e-mail telling me I’m in the red zone.
I’ve been all over the settings. I can’t see a way to make the charge level visible in any way.
It seems that the role of this small company is to increasingly irritate already dissatisfied customers. Why take the battery % level? because creating a layout just like a shell, a weak, tasteless layer that a 10 year old child could do much better in less than 2 hours. When you choose any option the old pattern is there. They took a lot of information, it's all incomplete. In the same way that they launched the incomplete upgrade that ruined most watches, they launched an app that was also incomplete. Do employees get paid to do this?
And I can't seem to rearrange the tiles under "Activities." I want to see "Active Minutes" conveniently, as before. Nope. Instead, there's a lot of junk that I won't be paying any attention to and it's in the way. Maybe others will use those categories, and that's fine, but I should be able to move them around to feature the ones I want.
I'm going to say I don't think they'll pay any attention. Those of us using older devices aren't part of what is being supported. Maybe I'd have the battery charge indicator right on my device if I had a newer one. But I don't. So I want to see that on my dashboard in the app. You know, like I was able to yesterday... and the previous six years!
Nah. I'm guessing it's like the new "customer service" model that is everywhere now - especially post-COVID. There is no one there. They are counting on the fact that just because you get to type out your question there might be some other average citizen who comes by to answer you. The actual company is absent. They already have your money for the device you bought. You're history now.
