Battery not charging

I am unable to charge.  All I get on the watch is a picture of red battery.

I have tried connecting thru Contact Us and cannot find what I need. I
cannot turn on my watch and there is a picture of a red battery.

Regarding the contact us link: Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore resources) to get to Step 3, which has the contact options.
