I have a charge 5 which like all others is not holding its charge Rang customer services they offered a replacement or 50% discount on another device I opted for that What they don't tell you is you DO NOT GET A REFUND on the tracker that isn't working So I have ended up.paying more for a Sense than if I'd just bought that in the first place I have only had the charge 5 for 6 weeks and I am now left out of pocket with a device that is useless To say I am annoyed is an understatement I have been on chat and email but got nowhere that is their policy

Where did you buy the charge 5 from, because if it was a shop take it back and demand a refund. If it was Fitbit get back in touch with them and demand a refund, it is faulty and they cannot get out of their warranty obligations to you

I took it back where I bought it but after 30 days you have to get in touch with Fitbit as the warranty transfers to them As I accepted the offer it voids the original warranty on the charge 5 I have argued the point with them but get nowhere
