Helllo all,
I have a charge 5 which I have loved, but I am now stuck at a blank, black screen. I have tried resetting already. I did not work.

I have the same issue. Mine turned dark yesterday and I have tried multiple resets using the charge cable with no luck. It will vibrate and flash for a second. I have also tried the unpair and pair it again, but can't since I can't see the screen. What I can see is a faint line going across the screen and it will change if I swipe left or right, but nothing legible. Taking it back to Costco to get a new one rather than waiting for a replacement to be sent.

My screen will not even come back on after 3 presses. I no sooner get off the phone with the help desk and I have a fully functional watch but can't see ANYTHING. What good is it?

I had a similar problem. Multiple Resets did not work for me. Fully charging it overnight and then updating the clock face seems to have
brought it back to life. However, it's still acting a bit wonky. It kept resetting by itself during a run this morning and drained the battery from
100% to 18% in about 90 minutes.
I think Fitbit has some faulty firmware and the problem is triggered by tracking exercise.
