Hello
A long time user of Fitbits, I thought I had tried everything. Today, about 6 hours ago, my charge 5 just crashed out of nothing. With 86% charged, I turned the wrist to see time, and the screen just went black after (very) shortly showing time and the the logo appeared. Thought it could be an update or a reboot of some kind, so made nothing out of it, but I never got it going after that. At one point, a little slim blue line appeared across the screen various places, and I couldn't get it to react, show time or anything.
Now at home, having letting it dry for an hour (in instance of water - but always have it of in showers or swimming) and I've tried the reset with the charger at least 5 times. Nothing. The Charge 5 is from september 2023, so not at all near it's "last date".
Any ideas? Greatly appreciated

Well.....talked to support.
They couldn't help me fix my issue, so as I still had guaranty on my Charge 5, I could receive a replacement.
Great and friendly service provided from the guys in the support.
