Charge 5 not responging

Fitbit logo on screen, will not charge and completely dead. I tried the restart button on charger, no change. I forced stop the app, unpaired the fitbit from my Samsung S23+, turned off BT and restarted my phone. All the same. This is my 2nd fitbit in 3yrs. Not buying another if this cannot be fixed. Annoyed.

Unfortunately I have been having the same problem for the last few days.  I called them, they walked me through the steps to take but the problem is still unsolved.

I am so mad. If I have to buy another tracker I am done w Fitbit🤯🤯
