Charge 5 blank screen

My second Charge 5 became black when it was 2 years like my first one. No restart found in the forums worked. No contact with the app. What to do?

Having similar issue and no fixes yet. 

Very disappointed and very likely won't continue to utilize Fitbit products.

I'm on my third fitbit, and this is the third one to suddenly black screen right around the 2 year mark. I'm starting to think it's on purpose. I won't be buying a fourth. Really wish these had one of those tiny reset buttons you can poke with a pin.
