Black screen

Screen is black. The watch still vibrates, it syncs on phone app, the green lights on watch back are still on and it is charging appropriately. I have changed the clock face, restarted it by pressing the button 3 times but no logo appears and I have updated the device. Any suggestions?

Similar situation here. except I get no green lights on watch back. I have made no changes to it. Two days ago, it went black. Reset does not help.

I have exact same issue above … done a million resets, black screen .. tried clock changes !! 
I’ve managed to unpair watch and phone so I’m quite sure I’ve made it worse now as when I try to pair up again .. can’t see 4 digit code !! What a nightmare … fitbit support .. WHATS GOING ON … very frustrating !!!
