It looks like I have the same problem as a few people on here as my fitbit charge 5 has stopped working it has a completely blank screen I have carried out all the advice on this forum and have been in touch with customer services via email and followed all their advice and I still have a none working watch when we bought the watch we also bought another for my partner and she also has had lots of problems with her watch but at the moment it has settled down, I'm sure that as so many people are having problems there must be a fundamental fault with these watches hopefully I will get a reply to my last email but they have seemed to have given up and I have  had no correspondence for the last week I'm sorry but even if I get my watch working again I wont be buying another fitbit I will be going to a different brand
